This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms regarding order processing, service delivery, cancellations, and refunds for the services we provide. Our policies are designed to ensure that customers are fully informed before making a purchase.Order Processing- All orders related to company registration, license applications, and other related services will begin processing within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. However, the completion time may vary depending on the processing times of the respective state Secretary of State offices, and therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific completion timeframe.
- Upon processing, customers will receive a confirmation notification with details of their order, including expected timelines for completion of services. This confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or WeChat, depending on the contact information provided by the customer.Service Delivery- We provide our services digitally, and all documents related to company registration and other filings will be delivered electronically via email.
- Depending on the service requested, processing times may vary. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.Cancellation and Refund Policy- Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel their service requests within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund, provided that the service process has not yet begun. If the service process has started, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. For more detailed information on cancellation terms, please refer to our Terms of Service.- Refund Policy: Once we have submitted your registration or filing documents to the relevant government authorities, fees paid are generally non-refundable due to the non-refundable nature of government filing fees. - Government Filing Fees: These fees are paid directly to the government and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Service Fees: Our service fees cover the work involved in preparing and submitting your documents. Once the documents are submitted, our work is considered complete, and the service fees are non-refundable.- Exceptions:
- Errors on Our Part: If an error occurs due to our mistake in preparing or submitting your documents, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you or provide a refund of our service fee.
- Cancellation Before Submission: If you request a cancellation before your documents are submitted to the government, we will refund the service fees paid, minus any costs already incurred. Government filing fees will only be refunded if they have not yet been paid to the government.- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the original order date. Any requests received after this period will not be considered.
